The JCI Twinning Programe is an agreement between national organizations or local organizations in different countries, regions or cities. The motivation to twin comes from the will to have a mutual understanding and friendship. The main goal is to exchange personal visits, ideas, projects and culture.
In World Congress in Tallinn JCI Kotka met borh its twinning chapters: JCI Toompea (Tallinn, Estonia) ans JCI Lubeck (Germany). We exchanged greetings and feelings, talked about things going on in our chapters and things we are planning to do in the future.
We took little something with us to give our twinning chapters so they could easier keep us in mind.
